What changes when you switch
The questions that matter.
Clinical workflow, AI, billing, migration, onboarding and integrations, answered for Bob Doc.
Clinical workflow
Start from the walk-in board, open the chart and record or type the visit. Bob drafts a SOAP note, a suggested assessment and plan, and the work that follows: lab requisition, prescription, referral, letters and handouts. Select what you want, edit and sign.
AI, and what you approve
AI drafts the note, the actions in your plan, referral letters and OHIP billing codes in one record. Every draft is a suggestion: prescriptions, requisitions, letters and referrals need your approval and signature. Accuro also offers its own AI scribe, powered by Heidi, inside Accuro.
OHIP billing
When you sign an in-person fee-for-service visit, Bob suggests the OHIP diagnostic and service codes from your note and drafts the claim. You can review and correct it, and your billing staff or a clinic administrator approves it. Tell us how your clinic bills today and we will walk through it in the demo.
Chart migration
We support full chart migration from Accuro, so your patient charts come with you.
Onboarding and support
Staff join by email invitation and set up two-step verification before they can open clinical work. Each person works under a role: physician, nurse, front desk, billing or clinic administrator. We go through onboarding, training and support for your clinic in the demo.
Integrations
Tell us which provincial services and integrations your clinic relies on today, such as OLIS lab results, HRM hospital reports or eReferral, and we will go through how Bob Doc fits your clinic.
Bring your own scenarios. We will walk through a complete visit and your clinic's questions.
A visit in Bob Doc
From check-in to the claim.
01The walk-in board. Patients, rooms and visit status, shared by the clinical team.
02The plan becomes actions. Lab work, a referral, the prescription, a sick note and a handout, drafted for you to select, edit and sign.
03Forms, filled in. The Ontario lab requisition and the other documents come from the visit.
04OHIP billing, coded. Codes are suggested from the signed note, and your billing staff approve the claim.
05Referrals, kept open. From sent to booked, until the consult report is filed.
06Results in the chart. Lab values with flags and the previous result alongside.
Screens from a longer recording of our product demo, with a synthetic patient. The AI drafts, follow-up events and dates were scripted for the recording.

The clinician's role
Bob drafts. You decide.
AI in Bob Doc prepares work for you to check. Edit the note, choose your own diagnosis or dictate your own assessment. Prescriptions, requisitions, letters and referrals need your approval and signature.
An approval covers exactly what you reviewed. If the content changes, it comes back to you. Bob's suggestions support your clinical judgement; they never replace it.
If a patient prefers not to be recorded, type the note yourself and the rest of the visit works the same way.
